Why The Warranty Hub

Dealer cover, without the dealer markup

Issued by Integrity Car Care Pty Ltd

Every plan is issued by Integrity Car Care Pty Ltd — a licensed Australian financial services provider (AFSL 247069). The Warranty Hub is their authorised representative (AR 1244460), making their product available to the public.

Normally not sold direct

Integrity don't sell to the public — their warranties are usually only available through the dealership you bought your vehicle from. We bring you that exact product directly.

Nationwide repair network

Repairs are carried out by authorised repairers across Australia. Integrity liaise directly with the repairer and pay the claim.

Core Benefits

Every plan, the same core protection

Every Integrity extended warranty comes with these core benefits. Roadside Assistance is a separate add-on product with its own membership tiers and benefits — split out below so you can see what applies to which.

Warranty benefits

Starts when factory warranty expires

Set up future-dated cover today and pick up exactly where the manufacturer leaves off — no gap, no waiting.

Unlimited claims

Make as many valid claims as you need during your term. No annual cap, no claim limit on the policy.

Unlimited kilometres

The km / hours cap only applies at purchase. Once your cover starts, drive, ride or boat as much as you like.

Parts & labour, Australia-wide

Access Integrity Car Care's authorised repairer network anywhere in Australia — no regional restrictions.

'No forms' claims process

Just call Integrity before work starts. They liaise with the authorised repairer, approve the job and pay the bill. You sign nothing.

Fully transferable

Selling your asset before the cover expires? The warranty transfers to the new owner — a real value-add at resale.

Accommodation & car-hire allowance

Stranded interstate for a covered mechanical failure? Allowances toward accommodation and a hire car are built into the warranty. Also available under Roadside Assistance for roadside events.

Roadside Assistance benefits (separate add-on product)

Day-one or delayed start

Choose to activate cover immediately or align its start date with the end of your factory warranty.

Membership tiers

3 Star membership includes up to 4 call-outs per year. 4 Star membership includes unlimited call-outs per year.

Towing allowance

If your vehicle isn't drivable, towing to the nearest authorised repairer is covered under Roadside Assistance — no upfront cost.

Accommodation & car-hire allowance

Stranded for a roadside event? Allowances toward overnight accommodation and a hire car are built into the RSA product too.

Roadside Assistance is a separate add-on product with its own terms. Add it at checkout when you buy your warranty, or purchase Roadside Assistance on its own.

What's Covered

The major mechanical & electrical components

The components below are common warranty coverage themes across the Integrity Car Care product range. Specific covered components, claim limits and cover levels vary by product — Total Cover (cars), Motorbike, Caravan, Motorhome, Truck, Machinery, Marine and PWC each have their own inclusions, exclusions and per-level caps. For the accurate list on your asset, see the dedicated asset page and the specific Product Disclosure Statement. This is a summary only — the PDS is the definitive document.

Engine

Pistons, crankshaft, cylinder head, valves, oil pump and internal lubrication.

Gearbox & Transmission

Manual and automatic — gears, bearings, synchros, valve bodies and torque converters.

Differential & Driveshaft

Crown wheel, pinion, internally-lubricated bearings, constant-velocity and universal joints.

Turbo & Supercharger

Factory-fitted units only — shaft, bearings, vanes and wastegate actuator. Aftermarket units are not covered.

Cooling System

Radiator, water pump, thermostat, viscous fan clutch and electric fans.

Air Conditioning

Compressor, condenser, evaporator, expansion valves and control modules.

Electrical

Alternator, starter motor, central locking, electric windows, sunroof & wiper motors.

Fuel System

Fuel pump, injectors, lift pump and pressure regulators.

Ignition & Computers

Coils, ignition modules, ECU, BCM and transmission control unit.

Brakes (mechanical failure)

Master cylinder, ABS module, brake booster, calipers and proportioning valves.

Steering

Power steering pump, steering rack, steering box and internally-lubricated column components. Suspension is excluded per the PDS.

Caravan / Motorhome appliances*

Plus plans add fridge, A/C, hot water, microwave, solar, pumps & water-ingress cover.

* Inclusions vary by asset type, plan level and selected variant. The quote tool shows the complete list for your selection. Read the full Terms and Conditions.

What's Not Covered

The Excluded Events, in plain English

No warranty covers everything. Below are the events Integrity Car Care Pty Ltd won't pay a claim for — taken straight from Section 5: Excluded Events of the Product Disclosure Statement, rewritten for plain reading. The PDS controls in the event of any difference.

Wear & tear

Listed components that have reached their intended lifespan and naturally need replacing — a noisy worn part is wear, not a Breakdown.

Consequential failure

We only cover the Listed Component that suffered the original Failure. Damage to non-listed parts caused by that failure is excluded.

Continued operation

Damage caused by continuing to drive once a fault has appeared — including running the vehicle low on lubricant or coolant.

Fluids, lubricants & fuel

Contaminated, low or wrong-grade fluids; detonation or damage from poor-quality fuel, lead-replacement, low-sulphur diesel or non-proprietary bio fuels.

Pre-existing faults

Faults, recalls or defects that were evident before the vehicle Manufacturer's warranty expired or before you purchased the vehicle.

Modifications & motorsport

Alterations or modifications from Manufacturer's specifications, use in racing, rallies or motor sporting events, or damage from off-road use.

Misuse or abuse

Failing to follow — or operating outside — the Vehicle Manufacturer's operating guidelines.

Normal maintenance

Routine maintenance and the lack of it — adjustments, calibrations, alignments, machining, software upgrades, re-programming and timing chain maintenance.

Other incidents

Collision or accidental damage, fire, overheating, theft, neglect, negligence, rust, corrosion, contamination, flood, submersion or water ingress.

Unauthorised repairs

Work started or completed without Integrity's prior consent. Claims for unauthorised repairs are automatically rejected.

Service breach / inactive warranty

Exceeding the service interval by more than 30 days or 1,000 km makes the warranty inactive — until you reactivate it with an Approved Repairer inspection.

Non-OEM turbo / supercharger

Failures attributable to a turbocharger or supercharger that wasn't supplied, fitted or endorsed by the Vehicle Manufacturer.

Faulty or tampered odometer

Any claim where the vehicle's odometer has been tampered with, is faulty or inoperative before or during the Warranty Term.

Oil leaks and excessive oil use

Excessive oil consumption or burning without a Breakdown, or use of an incorrect grade of engine oil.

Misleading statements

If any claim, declaration or statement you make is false, inaccurate or misleading, the Warranty ceases to have effect.

Section 4 of the PDS also lists Excluded Parts (batteries, tyres, brake pads, glass, trims, hoses, filters, gaskets and more). Always read your Product Disclosure Statement for the complete list — The Warranty Hub supplies it before purchase, no surprises.

FAQs

Common questions, plain answers

Everything you need to know before you cover your asset. Can't find what you're after? Call us on 1300 215 255.

How much does an extended warranty cost?

It depends on the asset — the make, model and year of your vehicle, how many kilometres or engine hours it's done, and which level of cover you pick. Cars start from a few hundred dollars per year; trucks and luxury vehicles cost more. Use our quote tool to see your exact price in under a minute.

Are extended warranties worth it?

One transmission rebuild can cost more than five years of premiums. An extended warranty is a cost-effective way to protect yourself from unexpected mechanical or electrical repair bills once your manufacturer's warranty expires — particularly on older or higher-km vehicles where breakdowns become more likely.

What does the warranty cover?

Cover varies by asset and by level, but generally includes the major mechanical and electrical components — engine, gearbox, transmission, differential, turbo, cooling, fuel, ignition, electricals, brakes and more. Caravans and motorhomes can add appliance cover (fridge, hot water, air-con, solar). Boats and jet skis cover the engine, jet pump, cooling, electricals and steering. Full component lists for each level are shown in your Product Disclosure Statement.

Are the engine and gearbox covered?

Yes — under Integrity's Total Cover product (cars), the engine and gearbox / transmission are core covered components on every level. The specific repairs covered depend on your level (higher levels have higher per-claim limits). Read the level claim limit and the Total Cover Product Disclosure Statement (PDF) before you buy so you understand any exclusions.

How do I make a claim?

Every claim is paperless. The Warranty Hub is the authorised representative — claims go directly to the issuer, Integrity Car Care Pty Ltd. The process is simple:

1. Take your vehicle to an authorised repairer.
2. Before any work begins, call Integrity on 03 9120 6666 (the number on your certificate).
3. Integrity liaise directly with the repairer, approve the work and pay the workshop on your behalf.

No forms, no faxes, no chasing paperwork. The critical step is calling Integrity before work starts — repairs completed without prior approval can't be honoured.

If you're not sure who to call or you need help, ring The Warranty Hub on 1300 215 255 and we'll point you in the right direction.

When can I buy an extended warranty?

Any time during ownership. You don't have to wait until your manufacturer's warranty is about to expire, and you don't have to buy it at the dealership when you purchase the vehicle. As long as your asset meets the age and km/hours eligibility for one of our levels, you can buy cover today.

Can I buy a warranty for a used vehicle?

Absolutely. The whole point of our extended warranty is to protect you on used vehicles — we cover cars up to 15 years old and 220,000 km on our most lenient level. Caravans, motorhomes, motorbikes, boats, jet skis and machinery all have their own eligibility rules. Get a quote to see what your asset qualifies for.

Where do I buy a warranty?

Right here at The Warranty Hub. Get an instant online quote, choose your level and term, pay securely and you'll have your certificate emailed within minutes. No dealership markup. No paperwork. No middle-men.

How many kilometres does the warranty cover?

Once you've purchased cover, you get unlimited kilometres for the term you've chosen — drive as much as you like, your cover applies to every kilometre. The km limit on each level only applies at the point of purchase to determine eligibility.

Is the warranty transferable if I sell my vehicle?

Yes — every plan we sell is fully transferable to a new owner. That makes your vehicle more attractive to buyers when it comes time to sell, since they inherit the remaining cover.
